Predictability Institute™
The Organizational Home of Predictability Lead Time™
Supporting the Long-Term Stewardship of Predictability Lead Time™
Predictability Institute™ was established to provide a permanent organizational home for Predictability Lead Time™.
Predictability Lead Time™ is a standardized methodology for measuring organizational recognition. The Institute is responsible for maintaining the body of knowledge that supports the methodology and its long-term stewardship. This includes governance documentation, technical publications, educational resources, implementation guidance, version management, and future revisions as the methodology continues to evolve.
By separating the stewardship of the methodology from its practical application, the Institute helps preserve consistency, transparency, and methodological integrity over time.

Predictability Lead Time™ is the Institute's flagship methodology.
It provides a standardized framework for measuring when an organization could reasonably have recognized that a future adverse event was becoming predictable, based on documented evidence available before the event occurred.
Rather than predicting future events, the methodology evaluates organizational recognition retrospectively to strengthen future organizational learning.
Predictability Lead Time™ has been developed to support consistent, evidence-based assessment while remaining independent of specific software platforms or implementation technologies.
Predictability Institute™ publishes technical documentation, discussion papers, white papers, educational resources, and other materials related to Predictability Lead Time™.
As additional publications, presentations, and media coverage become available, they will be added here.
